Can my client edit the HTML?
No. Shared mockups are static, view-only previews rendered inside a fully sandboxed iframe. Your client sees the design but can't touch the code.
Is my code safe?
Yes. Your mockups are stored on Firebase with strict security rules, served with a Content Security Policy, and displayed in a sandboxed iframe — defense in depth at every layer.
What happens when I hit my mockup limit?
You'll see an upgrade prompt, but every existing mockup link keeps working. Nothing goes dark — you just can't create new ones until you upgrade or free up a slot.
Do I need an account? Does my client?
Creating and managing mockups requires a free PasteWeb account, so your work stays tied to you. The client you send the link to does not need one — they just open it. If the work is sensitive, set a password and only people you give it to can view the page.
Can I use my own branding instead of PasteWeb?
Yes. Custom branding is available on Pro and above — add your own logo or brand name so the mockup feels like yours, not ours.
Do free mockups expire?
Free mockups stay live for 14 days. On any paid plan, your mockups never expire.
How is my payment processed?
All payments are securely processed by a trusted third-party provider acting as our Merchant of Record — they handle payment, tax collection and invoicing. We never see or store your card details.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel any time from the link in your receipt email or by emailing contact@pasteweb.dev. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then moves to Free. Your mockups are never deleted.
What's your refund policy?
A 30-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription. After that, cancellations stop future charges but we don't issue partial refunds for unused time. EU/UK customers keep their statutory 14-day withdrawal right on every renewal. See the full policy.
